Sr. Marketing Program Strategist

Job Description 

Our client is seeking a Sr. Marketing Program Strategist to manage our proprietary channel marketing program, helping to build, optimize and analyze program effectiveness and establish the program as an industry best practice. You will be the go-to strategist to drive continual media and digital innovation recommendations to deliver modern marketing solutions to our program clients.

In this role you will: 

  • Contribute channel, audience and industry expertise to continually evolve and innovate the program strategy, supporting technology infrastructure (eg. Automation platform), resourcing and execution model.

  • Develop accurate and effective program documentation to enable both programmatic and strategic execution from a remote team of subject matter experts across strategy, media, creative and analytics.

  • Create and oversee campaign and marketing strategies for a variety of clients and educating our team on industry trends and best practices.

  • Conceive of and build new strategic and programmatic offerings.

  • Lead and manage the program campaign strategy team assuring quality delivery of


  • Support recruiting, onboarding and training of program campaign strategy team members.

  • Build and manage relationships with media vendors – including negotiations and process


• Synthesize client input into the most compelling value proposition, messaging, and strategic ideas

• Brief and lead creative teams to develop compelling concepts, content, etc.


  • Proven success leading the development, launch, measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns executed in multiple channels such as, email, digital, video, direct mail and social media

  • 8+ years digital marketing experience

  • 5+ years agency and/or consulting experience

  • 2+ years direct management experience of both in-house and freelance employees

  • 3+ years content marketing experience

  • Microsoft experience is a must

  • B2B & Tech experience is a must

  • Deep knowledge of paid media tactics including, content syndication, paid social, programmatic display.

  • Deep knowledge of account-based marketing

  • Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation software

  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology

  • Passionate about building long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with little oversight

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Prepared to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get sh*t done

  • Bachelor's degree
